PhosAgro says not to publish financial, operating results for Q1

MOSCOW, Apr 18 (PRIME) -- Russian fertilizer producer PhosAgro will not publish financial and operating results for January–March because publication may create inequality between the investors in the wake of suspension of trade in the global depositary receipts, the company said in a statement on Monday.

"PhosAgro, a Russian vertically-integrated company, one of the leading producers of phosphorous fertilizers, announces its decision not to publish operating and financial results for the first quarter of 2022," the company said.
